Tessikin patterns are designed for experienced crocheters who are comfortable reading crochet instructions. Check the skill level, techniques and construction described on each product page.

If you’re unsure whether a particular design suits your experience, ask us before choosing.

Check the individual product description for the pattern language and whether it uses US or UK crochet terminology. These details matter because the same stitch name can mean something different in each system.

If a detail isn’t clear, contact us with the pattern name before you order.

Review the skill level, language, recommended yarn and hook, additional supplies, and the stated finished size. Read the description for the files and any visual guidance included with that particular design.

After checkout, follow the download instructions supplied with your order. Check the email address you used at checkout for any download message, which may arrive separately from your order confirmation.

First, check your inbox, spam and junk folders. Search for “Tessikin” or your order number.

If you still can’t find the link, or entered the wrong email, contact us with your order number and the email entered at checkout. Include the correct address if it needs changing.

You can open a saved PDF on a phone, tablet or computer using a compatible PDF reader. If you prefer paper, use your reader’s print option to print the pages you need for your own project.

For a duplicate purchase, cancellation or refund request, contact us with your order number and checkout email. Tell us what happened so we can review your request and explain the available options.

If the issue is downloading your file, let us know before purchasing the same pattern again.

You can explore a different palette for your project. Changing yarn weight, fibre, hook size or tension can also change the finished size, texture and amount of yarn needed.

Use the pattern’s recommendations as your starting point, and keep notes if you make substitutions.

Send us the pattern name, your order number if available, and the page, round or step you’re working on. Explain what you expected and what’s happening instead.

A clear photo of your work and your current stitch count can help us understand your question.
