A little help along the way

Let’s untangle
the little things.

Choose the question that matches what’s happening.

Still stuck? Get in touch
I can’t find my download email.

Check the inbox for the email address you entered at checkout, including spam, junk and promotions. Try searching for “Tessikin” or your order number.

The download email may be separate from your order confirmation. If your order confirmation page includes a download button, you can use that too.

Still no link? Contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can look into it.

I entered the wrong email at checkout.

Contact us with your order number, the email entered at checkout and the correct email address. If you don’t have your order number, include the name used for the order and the pattern you purchased.

We’ll need to identify your order before helping with access. Please don’t send passwords or payment card details.

How do I open my pattern on a phone or tablet?

Open your download link in your browser and save the PDF. Look in your device’s Files or Downloads app, or in the folder you chose when saving.

Tap the saved file to open it with a compatible PDF reader. If the browser only shows a preview, use its download or save option to keep a copy on your device.

My PDF won’t open or looks incomplete.

First, let the download finish. Try opening the saved file instead of the browser preview, using an up-to-date PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (opens in a new tab).

If the download was interrupted, try again with a stable internet connection. If the file still won’t open or pages appear to be missing, tell us the pattern name, your device and what you see on screen.

My link says expired, unavailable or download limit reached.

Contact us before placing another order for the same pattern. Include your order number, the pattern name and the exact message shown, or a screenshot.

We can check the access attached to your order and help you with the next step.

My download is a ZIP file. What do I do?

If your download ends in .zip, it’s a folder of files packed together. Save it, then use your device’s Extract or Uncompress option to open the folder.

Look inside for the PDF files and open them with your PDF reader. The exact option name depends on your device.

I lost my saved file. Can you help?

Check your Downloads folder and search your device for the pattern name or “.pdf”. You can also look for the original download instructions in your email.

If you can’t find the file or access the original link, contact us with your order details. Once you have your PDF, keep a backup somewhere you can find it again.
